Tasha is my first breeder/owner handled group
winner. She
finished her Championship in style by going Winners Bitch from the Bred by class and Best
of Breed over a Special two days in a row under American judges Michelle Billings and Anne
Rogers Clark. Tasha looks a great deal like her sisters Keira & Chloe.
Tasha was bold and outgoing as a puppy and extremely
"birdy". She had intense desire and no fear of live birds at 8 weeks. Currently, she's working to earn
her Cdn Companion Dog (obedience title), being trained in Open obedience.
Tasha was bred in March
2002 to Am/Can CH Gardenway Gunners Moon, Charlie
and gave birth to 4 puppies, 3 females and 1
male on June 13, 2002. The three females, Lola, Jupiter and Kati
from Tasha's litter, have earned their
Cdn Championship titles; two puppies from this litter have earned field
titles. Lola
and Kati took Best of Breed the first time they stepped into the show ring and earned it
from the puppy class. In Lola's case, it was from the Jr. Puppy
class for 3 points and in Kati's case, it was from Sr. Puppy for 2 points. Lola
also took 2 Best Puppy in Group awards and
finished her Cdn Champion title on June 1, 2003 just before her first
birthday. Another female
puppy, Jupiter, started in the show ring after
Lola finished and earned her Championship title
on Feb.15, 2004 finishing with a 4-point win by taking Winners Bitch, Best of
Winners & Breed of Breed over the #1 Vizsla in Canada. What a
spectacular way to finish her championship. Kati
finished her Champion title on April 16, 2004 by taking Best of Breed
earning 8 points in 2 weekends! Kati has also earned her Field Dog Jr.
title on June 5, 2004. The male, Milo,
is working in obedience, agility and field and earned his Field Dog Jr. (FDJ)
title on Oct. 23, 2004 handled by his breeder.
