Nekah is the first Vizsla puppy we ever owned (our other two
Vizslas were older when we brought them home) as well as our first female. She's
also my first owner-handled champion both in Canada and the US. She is extremely
pretty with a gorgeous head, is loving and a wonderful dog as well as fantastic dam to her
pups. Her propensity to shower faces with kisses carries through to most of her
kids, all of whom have fantastic temperaments. But a bright light went out in my life on June 7, 1999 when I lost my
beloved Nekah to cancer.
Nekah was bred 4 times to the following dogs:
- Can/Am CH Kezdet's Adrian Buster Can/Am CD CGC
(OFA Good) which produced 6 pups on Dec. 31, 1992. Buster's pedigree.
Two males, Sasha
& Jazz, from this litter are Can. & Am Champions
and hold obedience, field, and Canine Good Citizen titles. Jazz is
also a certified therapy dog. This litter produced 1 group winner.
- Can/Am CH Harann Envoy to Earnescliffe (OFA
Good) which produced 6 puppies (4 boys, 2 girls) on August 22, 1995.
"Mac's" pedigree.
One female, Zuzu, finished her CH and, a male, Jester,
earned 8 points before being neutered.
- Am CH Emerald Legacy's Prime Time SH (OFA
Good) which produced 5 puppies (4 girls, 1 boy) on June 5, 1997.

This was an
outstanding litter with four pups (Abby, Keira,
Rex, Tasha) finishing their Can.
Championships;
three of them are group-placing dogs or best puppy in group winners. One has earned both Cdn & Am
Companion Dog Excellent (CDX) titles and another her Jr. Field Dog
title.
- Am CH Legacy's Rhythm N Blues (OFA Excellent)
resulted in 4 puppies (2 females, 2 males) born February 2, 1998.
