April 25, 2008 Miska and her
mother, Nova, completed their CKC
Rally Advanced titles at the St. Catharines & District trials, earning
97 and 94/100 respectively. This is Miska's 13th title prior to the
age of 5!
April 16, 2008 Miska was bred
to CH Hubertus Quality Control FDJ "Ozzie",
an import bred by Agnes Pali of world reknown Hubertus kennels of

March 9, 2008 Miska was
entered in 2 Rally Advanced trials at the Kitchener Waterloo and passed
both with scores of 98 and 100! Nice going Miska-monkey! Your
off-lead heeling is definitely improving!
March 8, 2008 - Finished her Cdn
Rally Novice title at the Kitchener Waterloo trial under judge Cheryl
Smith with her second perfect score of 100! This is Miska's 11th title
before the age of 5.
February 16-17, 2008 At the
Hamilton Dog Obedience trials, Miska earned her Cdn Companion Dog (CD)
title in 3 straight trials. She also earned 2 legs towards her Cdn Rally
Novice title, with scores of 98 and 100, placing first in her class in the
latter trial. Miska, you did your recently deceased daddy, Sasha,
really proud. Nice going!
January 11 - 12, 2008 - Miska earned
the final 2 legs of her AKC Rally Excellent title (3 in a row) with a
score of 97 / 100 and first place finish for the final leg in the Nickel
Belt cluster in Hamburg, NY. This is Miska's 10th title at age 4.5
years.
Dec. 14/07 In Cleveland, OH at the
Medina KC rally trial, Miska earned her first AKC rally Excellent leg with
a score of 97/100. Due to winter storm warnings, we weren't able to stay the rest
of the weekend and so skip 2 more trials to return home early.
Sept 1-2/07 Miska earned the first 2
legs towards her American Jr. Hunter title. She scored straight 9/s
out of 10 both days!
May 26-27/07 Miska earned her Field
Dog title at the Brittany Spaniel Club of Ontario's field tests at Luther
Marsh. Many thanks to Mike Wilshire for her training and handling.
May 20/07 Miska earned her
first Field Dog (FD), i.e. hunting leg with a score of 89/100 at the
German Shorthair Club of Ontario's field tests. Miska
was trained and handled by Mike Wilshire of Ruffwood Brittanies.
Feb. 17, 2007 - We finally did
it! Under judge Karen Wilson, Miska won the last point she needed to
complete her American Champion title in Buffalo, NY.
Jan. 18 - 21, 2007 Hamburg, NY
- Miska took Winners Bitch on 2 days and Reserve Winners on 2 days to add
to her point total of 14 points. She just needs 1 more point
to finish her AKC Championship.
Dec 14 - 15/06 Cleveland, OH,
Crown Classic Dog shows. Completed the
final 2 legs of her American CD at the dog shows and also
took Winners Bitch for 2 pts under Judge Jon Cole of Nashville, TN to take her up to 12 pts
for her American champion title.
Sept 28 - Oct 1/06 At the Wine
Circuit in Romulus, NY conditions were very wet and extremely muddy but
Miska managed to take 1st in the Bred-By Exhibitor class 3 / 4 days and
Reserve Winners Bitch on 2 days (no points however) and also earned 1 leg
of her American Companion Dog title.
July/Aug '06 In the July/Aug issue of
the Vizsla Club of America's "Vizsla News", Miska was still on
the Top 10 list (8th place) in the overall Rally Novice standings for
Vizslas in the US.
May/June
'06 In the May/June issue of the Vizsla Club of America's
"Vizsla News", Miska stood in 1st place in the overall
Rally Novice standings for Vizslas in the US!
May 6/06 At Hamburg, NY,
completed her American Rally Advanced title.
Mar. 30 - April 2/06 Syracuse, NY. Miska
earned 2 passing scores towards her Rally Advanced title and also came 1st
in the Bred-By Exhibitor class in all 3 shows she was entered in.
She was Reserve Winners bitch on Sunday, April 2 under Judge Paula
Hartinger.
Jan. 12 - 15, 2006 At the Nickel
City cluster in Hamburg, NY, Miska earned her Rally Novice Obedience title
in 3 straight trials and also took Reserve Winner Bitch on Jan 15, under
judge Bud DiDonato.
Jan. 15/05 At the KC of Buffalo show
in Hamburg, NY Miska took Winners Bitch, Best of Breed over 10 Vizslas
including an Amer. Champion, & Best of Winners for 2 points under
judge Robert Vandiver of SC. This takes her up to 8 American points.
Nov.
28/04 Miska finished her Cdn Champion title in wonderful style at the Caledon Kennel
Association dog show under Judge Harri Lehkonen of Finland. After
taking first in the Bred-by-Exhibitor
class, this judge picked her for
Winners Bitch, Best of Opposite Sex (over a female Special) and Best of
Winners over her littermate/brother, Hudson (Winners Dog) for a total of 4
points. Way to go Miska-Monkey!
Nov. 26/04 At the Caledon Kennel
Association dog show in Mississauga, ON Miska earned 2 pt under
Slovenian Judge, Stefan Sinko by taking Winners Bitch and Best of Winners
from the Bred-by-Exhibitor class.
This takes her to 8 pts.
Sept.
23-25, 2004 At her American conformation debut at the Finger Lakes dog show
circuit, Miska was Winners Bitch and Best of Winners earning her a 3 point
major under judge Patricia Mowbray-Morgan of Lanesboro, MA at the
Kanadasaga Kennel Club in Romulus, NY. Weimaraner breeder and Judge
Michael Shoreman of Ontario awarded Miska her second 3 point major at The
Elmira Club by giving her Winners Bitch and Best of Winners. Miska
defeated a total of about 18 class bitches each day.
Sept.
18/04 Miska earned a NAVHDA Natural Ability Prize III title with a
score of 81 out of 112.
Aug. 21-22 At the Kilbride show,
Milton Ontario, Miska took Winners Bitch & Best of Opposite both days
for a total of 2 points under judges Christopher S Neilson from northern Ontario
and Texan, Dorothy Nickles. She's now up to 6 points.
June 27/04 Winners
Bitch from the Bred-by Exhibitor class for 2 points at the South Western Sporting Dog
Club's Specialty Show under US judge, Thomas Bradley III.
June 5/04 Miska finished her
Field Dog Jr. title in 3 straight tests, finishing with a score of 89 at
the Brittany Spaniel Club of Ontario's field tests.
March 5, 2004 under judge Edgar
Bajona (photo), Miska took Winners
Bitch at the Orangeville Kennel Club show from the Jr. Puppy class,
defeating 4 other older Vizslas, for 2 points. The same judge
awarded her brother Vadasz Best of Winners, earning him his first 3 points
at his first ever show.
Feb 15, 2004 At her
2nd show ever (Ontario Breeders Association), Miska defeated 4 other Vizsla puppies to take Best Puppy in Breed
and came very close to earning Best Puppy in Group under Judge Doug Gaudin of Woodstock.
